In order to protect your safety and the safety and our staff we will have limited staff onsite.
Therefore we will need ALL of your credit card information at the time of reservation.
AT TIME OF BOOKING YOU WILL BE CHARGED A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF YOUR TOTAL ROOM RATE (PRE-TAX). ANY CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE 72 HRS NOTICE OR YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT IN FULL. Because we are a small property any cancellations will have a drastic impact on our occupancy so most likely your request for cancellation inside this 72 hour window will be denied.
All rooms are NON-smoking which includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes and marijuana. Please use smoking areas provided outside the rooms and keep the room doors closed. There will be a $300 cleaning fee for smoking in the rooms. NO EXCEPTIONS!
We accept Cash/Visa/MC/Disc/Amex. No personal Checks.
All reservations must be secured with a credit/debit card.
Check out is at 11:00 a.m. & Check-in is after 3:00 p.m.
During Peak Season starting May 25 - Nov 30 we do require a two night minimum stay on weekends.
Rates are based on bed occupancy at time of booking.
No Pets, therapy or emotional support animals allowed. Certified Service Animals ONLY without express consent of Management.
